- Edmonds Waterfront Center. 220 seated, 300 standing. States you may choose any caterer you love, or bring your own. Worth knowing the first-floor commercial kitchen is off-limits to caterers and the second-floor kitchen is display-only, so an outdoor oven neatly sidesteps the problem.

How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Edmonds sits in Snohomish County, so temporary food permits go through Snohomish County Health Department, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
