Venues that do not allow outside caterers

Worth knowing before you fall in love with one. These are in-house or exclusive per their own sites: the Landmark Event Co. venues including SoDo Park, The Ruins and Fremont Foundry (all exclusive to Herban Feast), Salish Lodge, Willows Lodge, Novelty Hill-Januik, Hotel Sorrento, Kiana Lodge, Chambers Bay, Farm 12, Lord Hill Farms, Georgetown Ballroom and the Woodmark Hotel.

The question nobody publishes an answer to

Almost no venue says anything about open flame, propane or a mobile oven. That is not the same as prohibiting it. It means the decision sits with the venue manager and the local fire marshal, and it gets made per event. In Seattle specifically, cooking with propane or open flame requires a fire department permit, and cylinders must be at least ten feet from tents and the public. We handle that side.
