Corporate money and park weddings, and a useful quirk: several of the best outdoor sites have no power at all, which is precisely when a self-contained oven stops being unusual and starts being necessary.
Fifty minutes from Tacoma. We cover all of it — downtown Bellevue, Newcastle, Factoria, Somerset, Medina, Clyde Hill — and the oven sets up anywhere a trailer can park and a fire marshal will approve.
What follows is not a directory scrape. We read each venue's published catering policy on 2026-08-31, and the notes below say what their own site actually states.

Cascadia Pizza Co. runs four mobile wood-fired kitchens and lists a Bellevue base among several. They publish a twenty percent service fee and a typical fifty-guest minimum but no per-person rate. In Pizza We Crust also runs a wood-fired trailer here.

Bellevue sits in King County, so temporary food service runs on a Temporary Food Establishment permit, applied for through Public Health — Seattle & King County. Open-flame and propane cooking is approved city by city. Seattle itself requires a Seattle Fire Department permit, with cylinders kept at least ten feet from tents and the public and no more than five on site. We carry our own licensing and insurance and handle this side, but venues will ask, and it is worth knowing the answer exists before the day.
We arrive early enough to site the oven, light the fire about an hour before service, and cook continuously — a pizza roughly every ninety seconds once the oven is at temperature. Guests watch the whole thing happen. When service ends we break down, pack out and leave the site as found. One invoice, the address on it.
