We looked at every mobile wood-fired pizza caterer we could find in western Washington. Almost none of them publish a price. Here is what we can tell you honestly.
Most mobile pizza caterers in Washington quote privately. A handful do publish, and those numbers are the only honest public anchor anyone has. Every figure below was taken from that company's own website on 2026-08-31.
| Operator | Based | Published rate | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forno Via | Lynnwood | $32 / $38 / $44 per guest across three packages | 40 guests |
| Gusto Wood Fired | Lake Stevens | Packages start at $21 per person | 30 guests |
| Fat Zach's | Puyallup | Food starts at $18 per person | $1,500 spend |
| Arbia Mobile | Anacortes | $13 per person for pizza, plus a booking fee and deposit that scale with headcount | $1,000 and 50 guests in peak season |
| Stone Creek | Olympia | Pricing begins at $3,500 | 100 guests |
Read those carefully, because they are not comparing like with like. Arbia's $13 looks like the cheapest number on the page, but a booking fee and a matching deposit sit on top of it, so the effective cost per head lands much closer to the others. Forno Via's $32 is an all-in package rate. A headline per-person figure only means something once you know what is bundled into it and what gets added afterwards.
Veraci Pizza, the longest-running mobile pizza caterer in Seattle, does not publish a rate. Their catering page does state that quoted prices exclude 10.35% Seattle sales tax and an 18% service fee, that weddings require an additional staff person, and that weddings over 225 guests need either a second oven or more staff. Those are useful numbers even without a base price, because tax and service charges are the part people forget to budget for.
The single biggest factor. One oven has a realistic throughput, and past a certain guest count you are paying for a second oven or extra hands.
Distance from Tacoma, and whether a ferry is involved. Vashon, Bainbridge and Kitsap all carry sailing time that has to be planned around.
A two-hour cocktail-hour station and a full dinner service are different jobs.
Whether there is water and power, how far the oven has to be from the guests, and what the venue or fire marshal requires.
Many venues take a cut of the catering contract. Thornewood Castle notes the industry norm is 10 to 15 percent. Seattle Center charges caterers 15 percent of the invoice. It lands in your price one way or another.
Cooking with open flame needs approval. Seattle requires a fire department permit for propane and open-flame vendors, with cylinders at least 10 feet from tents and the public.
Send the date, headcount and venue and we will quote it properly rather than making you chase us.
