Weddings

The oven becomes part of the evening.

Wood-fired pizza suits a wedding better than people expect. It is warm, informal and continuous, and it gives guests something to gather around while photographs are happening.

Venues around here that suit a mobile oven

Not every venue is set up for this, so it is worth knowing which ones already are. These all publish policies that work in our favour, and we confirmed each one on the venue's own website on 2026-08-31.

Foxglove Lodge, Vashon

Lists a mobile pizza oven on its own preferred-vendor page, and confirms water and power on site.

North Fork Farm, Snoqualmie

States in its FAQ that food trucks are always welcomed. Holds up to 200.

Pickering Barn, Issaquah

Open-door catering policy, with a designated outdoor pad for licensed caterers cooking on site.

Rivers Edge, Snohomish

Has no food-prep areas at all and requires caterers to be self-contained, which is exactly how we work.

Thornewood Castle, Lakewood

Allows your choice of caterer and charges the caterer no venue commission, which keeps your cost down.

Green Gates at Flowing Lake

Publishes a long preferred-vendor list that already includes several wood-fired pizza operators.

If your venue is not listed, ask us anyway. The question that matters is whether they allow outside caterers and whether the fire marshal will approve an open flame, and we deal with both regularly.

Dates go early in summer. Send yours with a rough headcount and the venue.
