Wood-fired pizza catering in Woodinville

The richest single cluster of opportunity in the region. Wine country tasting rooms host weddings constantly and most of them have no kitchen at all, which is the entire argument for a mobile oven in one sentence.

Working Woodinville

An hour and ten minutes from Tacoma. We cover all of it — the Warehouse District, the Hollywood District, the Tourist District, Sammamish River valley — and the oven sets up anywhere a trailer can park and a fire marshal will approve.

Event venues in and around Woodinville

What follows is not a directory scrape. We read each venue's published catering policy on 2026-08-31, and the notes below say what their own site actually states.

DeLille Cellars

12 to 250 plus. Gives couples a preferred vendor list at booking but does not require it.

Mark Ryan Winery

Deck up to 60, tasting room up to 200. Catering from outside their list needs event-coordinator approval.

Sparkman Cellars

Roughly 250 to 300 seated. Outside caterers allowed and there is a caterer’s kitchen.

JM Cellars

Up to 100. Requires full-service catering from their published list of ten — an application, not a direct booking.

Chateau Lill

Mentions preferred caterers but publishes no list; their subpages block access, so call.

Novelty Hill-Januik

Do not pitch. Their site states they do not allow outside catering.

Willows Lodge

Do not pitch. Catered exclusively by Barking Frog.

Breweries and taprooms that host food vendors

Triplehorn Brewing

Own events and food-truck calendar, with a taproom email published.

Metier Brewing

Rotating trucks.

Warr-King Wines

A food truck just about every Saturday, and a named contact. Informal, which makes it an easy approach.

Obelisco Estate

Food Truck Fridays, five to eight.

Black Raven Woodinville flagship

Do not pitch — now runs its own in-house pizzeria, despite what the aggregators still say.

Markets and public events

Woodinville Farmers Market

May to September, Saturdays.

The honest competitive picture here

Pompeii Wood Fired Pizza, based in nearby Bothell, works wineries regularly and has been in business over thirteen years.

We publish this because you will find these operators anyway, and comparing openly beats pretending they do not exist. Our own comparisons are on the compare pages.

Permits and paperwork in Woodinville

Woodinville sits in King County, so temporary food service runs on a Temporary Food Establishment permit, applied for through Public Health — Seattle & King County. Open-flame and propane cooking is approved city by city. Seattle itself requires a Seattle Fire Department permit, with cylinders kept at least ten feet from tents and the public and no more than five on site. We carry our own licensing and insurance and handle this side, but venues will ask, and it is worth knowing the answer exists before the day.

What an event in Woodinville looks like

We arrive early enough to site the oven, light the fire about an hour before service, and cook continuously — a pizza roughly every ninety seconds once the oven is at temperature. Guests watch the whole thing happen. When service ends we break down, pack out and leave the site as found. One invoice, the address on it.
