Venues in Woodinville
- DeLille Cellars. 12 to 250 plus. Gives couples a preferred vendor list at booking but does not require it.
- Mark Ryan Winery. Deck up to 60, tasting room up to 200. Catering from outside their list needs event-coordinator approval.
- Sparkman Cellars. Roughly 250 to 300 seated. Outside caterers allowed and there is a caterer’s kitchen.
- JM Cellars. Up to 100. Requires full-service catering from their published list of ten — an application, not a direct booking.
- Chateau Lill. Mentions preferred caterers but publishes no list; their subpages block access, so call.
- Novelty Hill-Januik. Do not pitch. Their site states they do not allow outside catering.
- Willows Lodge. Do not pitch. Catered exclusively by Barking Frog.
The richest single cluster of opportunity in the region. Wine country tasting rooms host weddings constantly and most of them have no kitchen at all, which is the entire argument for a mobile oven in one sentence.
How a wedding runs
We arrive early, site the oven where the venue and fire marshal are happy with it, and light the fire about an hour before service so it is at temperature. Pizzas come out continuously through cocktail hour and dinner, roughly ninety seconds apart, so nobody queues for long and nothing sits going cold.
Woodinville sits in King County, so temporary food permits go through Public Health — Seattle & King County, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
