Where we work in Issaquah
- Pickering Barn. Up to 350. An open-door catering policy, and a designated eight by fifteen foot gravel and mulch pad south of the Creamery specifically for licensed caterers grilling outdoors. Food trucks may park on the gravel by the Hay Barn. Public service requires insurance naming the City of Issaquah as additional insured.
Issaquah deserves a specific mention, because Pickering Barn is the most explicitly mobile-oven-friendly venue we found anywhere in the five counties.
How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Issaquah sits in King County, so temporary food permits go through Public Health — Seattle & King County, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
