North of Everett. Thin on local caterers, which cuts both ways.
How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Marysville sits in Snohomish County, so temporary food permits go through Snohomish County Health Department, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
