- Orting Manor. 150 outdoor from April to October, 30 for a micro wedding year-round. States their only requirement is a licensed, insured, full-service caterer.
- SilverMine No 42. Building a vendor list but not yet requiring it. Has a commercial prep kitchen with an oven, fridges, prep tables and a three-bay sink.
- Monarch Meadows. Barn and farm venue.

How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Orting sits in Pierce County, so temporary food permits go through Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
