Where we work in Puyallup
- Rock Creek Gardens. 2 to 250 guests. Their site states outside catering is not permitted, so this one is a preferred-list application rather than a direct booking.
- Love’s Manor. 175 guests.
- Washington State Fair Events Center. Runs on an approved caterer list.
Puyallup is fair country and farm-venue country, and it is also the home turf of the strongest wood-fired competitor in the South Sound.
How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Puyallup sits in Pierce County, so temporary food permits go through Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
