- Salish Lodge. Do not pitch. All food and beverage is crafted in-house.
- The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. Up to 300. Full-service in-house catering; outside policy not stated.

How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Snoqualmie sits in King County, so temporary food permits go through Public Health — Seattle & King County, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
