How an office lunch runs
The oven parks where your building allows, the fire is lit before the lunch window, and pizza comes out continuously so a rolling crowd is served without a queue. One invoice per event with the site address on it.
Yelm sits in Thurston County, so temporary food permits go through Thurston County Public Health and Social Services, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
