- Carnation Farms. Up to 300, and up to 500 on their events page. Their site states outside catering is permitted with prior approval.
- Fall City Farms. 75 seated, 150 standing for a ceremony. Food trucks allowed, though they note you should budget for extra waitstaff.

How a wedding runs
We arrive early, site the oven where the venue and fire marshal are happy with it, and light the fire about an hour before service so it is at temperature. Pizzas come out continuously through cocktail hour and dinner, roughly ninety seconds apart, so nobody queues for long and nothing sits going cold.
Carnation sits in King County, so temporary food permits go through Public Health — Seattle & King County, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
