Venues in Tacoma
- Historic 1625 Tacoma Place. Up to 350 guests. Works from a partner-caterer list but states outside catering options are available.
- Foss Waterway Seaport. 40 to 400 seated, up to 500 for a reception. Events contact publishes an email.
- Court House Square. 120 to 200 guests. Preferred vendor list available on request.
- Wells Hall at Christ Episcopal. 180 guests. States you are welcome to use the licensed and insured caterer of your choice.
- Allenmore Golf & Events Center. 32 to 250 depending on the room.
- Browns Point Improvement Club. Waterfront hall on the point.
Tacoma is where the oven lives, so this is the one city where a late booking is usually still possible and travel never appears on the quote.
How a wedding runs
We arrive early, site the oven where the venue and fire marshal are happy with it, and light the fire about an hour before service so it is at temperature. Pizzas come out continuously through cocktail hour and dinner, roughly ninety seconds apart, so nobody queues for long and nothing sits going cold.
Tacoma sits in Pierce County, so temporary food permits go through Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, and open-flame cooking needs fire marshal sign-off. We carry our own licensing and deal with that paperwork.
