North Kitsap ferry town.
Ferry-dependent from the Edmonds side. We cover all of it — the ferry landing, Apple Tree Cove — and the oven sets up anywhere a trailer can park and a fire marshal will approve.
Do not pitch — they already have standing partners every night, including a pizza vendor on Thursdays.
No food-vendor information published.
May to October, Sundays. No dedicated vendor application found — direct outreach.
Kingston sits in Kitsap County, so temporary food service runs on a Temporary Food Establishment permit through the Kitsap Public Health District. Local fire marshal sign-off. Ferry timing matters more than paperwork here. We carry our own licensing and insurance and handle this side, but venues will ask, and it is worth knowing the answer exists before the day.
We arrive early enough to site the oven, light the fire about an hour before service, and cook continuously — a pizza roughly every ninety seconds once the oven is at temperature. Guests watch the whole thing happen. When service ends we break down, pack out and leave the site as found. One invoice, the address on it.
