Wood-fired pizza catering in Arlington

The far north of our range, and worth the drive for two venues whose published policies are about as welcoming as they get.

Working Arlington

An hour and fifty from Tacoma. We cover all of it — downtown Arlington, Smokey Point, the Stillaguamish valley — and the oven sets up anywhere a trailer can park and a fire marshal will approve.

Event venues in and around Arlington

What follows is not a directory scrape. We read each venue's published catering policy on 2026-08-31, and the notes below say what their own site actually states.

Eagle Mountain Venue

Roughly 150 to 200. States you may bring a caterer of your choice or provide your own food. Their site describes a large gravel driveway as perfect for vendors like food trucks, and there is a covered twenty by thirty prep kitchen with a sink, prep counters, two fridges and a warmer.

Sadie Lake Weddings

States plainly: please use vendors of your choice. Their suggestion list already includes Veraci, Gusto and Arbia — three wood-fired operators — which tells you both that the format works there and who you are up against.

Stilly Brook Farm

Up to 150, with a buffet room and prep kitchen for the caterer’s use.

Jackson Manor

Do not pitch — outside caterers are not permitted.

Breweries and taprooms that host food vendors

Skookum Brewery

An active weekly food-truck calendar with multiple trucks a week.

Markets and public events

Arlington Farmers Market

Saturdays, July to September.

Permits and paperwork in Arlington

Arlington sits in Snohomish County, so temporary food service runs on a Temporary Food Establishment permit through the Snohomish County Health Department. Handled by the local fire marshal. Several Snohomish venues have no prep facilities at all, which makes a self-contained oven the easier answer rather than the harder one. We carry our own licensing and insurance and handle this side, but venues will ask, and it is worth knowing the answer exists before the day.

What an event in Arlington looks like

We arrive early enough to site the oven, light the fire about an hour before service, and cook continuously — a pizza roughly every ninety seconds once the oven is at temperature. Guests watch the whole thing happen. When service ends we break down, pack out and leave the site as found. One invoice, the address on it.
