Wood-fired pizza catering in Snoqualmie

Waterfall and valley country, and the location of a venue whose FAQ says food trucks are always welcomed — which is about as clear an invitation as this industry gives.

Working Snoqualmie

An hour and ten from Tacoma. We cover all of it — Snoqualmie Falls, downtown Snoqualmie, the ridge — and the oven sets up anywhere a trailer can park and a fire marshal will approve.

Event venues in and around Snoqualmie

What follows is not a directory scrape. We read each venue's published catering policy on 2026-08-31, and the notes below say what their own site actually states.

North Fork Farm

Up to 200. Their FAQ states food trucks are always welcomed. There is a $1,000 outside-caterer fee that is waived if you use a preferred caterer, which makes getting onto that list the obvious play.

Salish Lodge

Do not pitch. All food and beverage is crafted in-house.

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge

Up to 300. Full-service in-house catering; outside policy not stated.

Breweries and taprooms that host food vendors

No Boat Brewing

Rotating trucks roughly four to eight, with a published email.

Permits and paperwork in Snoqualmie

Snoqualmie sits in King County, so temporary food service runs on a Temporary Food Establishment permit, applied for through Public Health — Seattle & King County. Open-flame and propane cooking is approved city by city. Seattle itself requires a Seattle Fire Department permit, with cylinders kept at least ten feet from tents and the public and no more than five on site. We carry our own licensing and insurance and handle this side, but venues will ask, and it is worth knowing the answer exists before the day.

What an event in Snoqualmie looks like

We arrive early enough to site the oven, light the fire about an hour before service, and cook continuously — a pizza roughly every ninety seconds once the oven is at temperature. Guests watch the whole thing happen. When service ends we break down, pack out and leave the site as found. One invoice, the address on it.
